Aftenpostens review of the currencies in the Norwegians’ most popular holiday shows that the Norwegian krone has become less valuable in most countries in the last year.
Going to Denmark, one of the euro countries, USA, Bulgaria, Egypt and Thailand this year, it’s been expensive to be Norwegian,
because these currencies have become more valuable in relation to the Norwegian krone.
In the popular package holidays countries are far more expensive to be a Norwegian this year. Crown is worth 12 percent less this year in countries such as Spain, Greece, Portugal and Italy, compared to last year. This means that over 12.50 million is gone for each one hundred Norwegian patch you use in restaurants and stores, in the last year.
